How do I reserve?

Do I tip my guides?
We always encourage you to tip your guides! Guides work hard to make sure you have the best zipline experience possible and always appreciate your support.
Do you accept groups?
We do accept groups including staff retreats, field trips, and scout groups. Groups over 30 can email our office to request special pricing.
How safe is the course?
Our course was designed and instructed by American Adventure Park Systems. We use patented Vertical Trek technology so guests are always secured with a safety line. All tours are accompanied by at least 2 trained zipline guides. Our course is inspected each morning by staff and yearly by a third party inspector.
Is there water available?
We provide complimentary water and encourage guests to bring a reusable water bottle.
What about bathrooms?
We have portable toilets on site.
What should I wear/bring?
Bring comfortable closed toed shoes, and clothes appropriate for Louisiana’s ever changing temperatures.
When should I arrive for my tour?
All guests are brought to the park from Barn Hill Preserve on a bus. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your tour to check in.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are the only way to guarantee a spot. Our booking software updates automatically so we don’t overbook tickets.
What are the cancellation policies?
We offer store credits for cancellations up to 24 hours before your visit. Guests that arrive at the property via bus and decide not to zipline cannot be refunded since they already used an available harness and safety equipment.
What about bad weather?
We cannot operate in lighting but we can operate in rain. Please bring a rain jacket if there is a chance of rain.
Are there any restrictions?
Participants weighing over 250 pounds must be able to control their body on the line.
What are the minimum requirements and restrictions?
Participants must be at least 5 years of age, and weigh 50 lbs. The maximum weight for participants is 285 lbs.
